I've always loved the thrill of building a book of business. The psychology behind sales, negotiation, and persuasion is fascinating to me.
My background as a software sales executive and commercial real estate broker in New York City has given me a unique perspective on how salespeople operate in each industry. I observed that many agents have an outdated approach.
I believe there is SO much opportunity for agents to make their lives easier (and to make much more $) by outsourcing, leveraging software, and implementing smarter inbound and outbound marketing practices.
